The pool creates a unique environment for exercise. If you have to attend one of our many water aerobics classes, we invite you to come join us! Deep and shallow water classes are available. These classes are included in your membership.
Low to high-impact aerobics class held in the shallow and deep end of the pool. These classes utilize the resistance and bouyancy of water to tone the muscles while protecting the joints.
Join us to maintain and increase your range of motion. The water's bouyancy and warmth help to decrease pain and stiffness while improving joint flexibility. Swim skills not required.
This no-impactclass combines areobic activity, muscle toning with an emphasis on core strengthening. Resistance equipment is used.
