YMCA Coach Approach
Coach Approach is set up for those of you who do not want the commitment of a Personal Trainer or can not afford the price of daily sessions. This is a one hour session with a YMCA Fitness / Wellness Coach. You will receive one on one training and advice to help you research your fitness goals. Sign up for this program at the Welcome Center today.

Ready To Be Fit Program
Try the Y's "Ready To Be Fit". This is a 12-week program designed to keep you on track with your fitness goals. For $15.00, a Fitness Coach will give you a baseline assessment, design a workout program just for you, and introduce you to a variety of classes and equipment offered at the YMCA. Ages 7 and up are eligible.

Exercise and Cycling
The YMCA is dedicated to keeping you on track to a healthy lifestyle. We offer a variety of personalized programs to fit everyone's needs. There are over 60 land and water areobics classes weekly. Classes start as early as 5:30am allowing you the opportunity to be healthy in a hectic and busy world. We offer programs for all ages. Youth may start fitness programs as early as age 7. The YMCA believes it is never too early toteach children the importance of a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise and a healthy diet.
For the active older adults, the YMCA offers a unique workout program where all fitness levels are welcome. Classes meet 3 days a week and last for 1 hour. Class schedule includes SilverSneakers Fitness and Yoga Stretch. Come meet new people and get moving. It is a fact: Staying active will keep you healthy. You must be age 65 or over or disabled and enrolled with a participating Medicare Supplement company to be eligible.
Dietmaster is arevolutionary nutritional planning tool that allows a YMCA Wellness Coach to design a personalized meal plan for you. The Dietmaster session will start with an overall assessment including accurate height, weight, BMI and Body Fat Percentage. Once the assessment has been reviewed Dietmaster will calculate the total number of calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates needed during the day to allow that person to reach their goals. Once that has been determined, a daily meal plan will be developed to include 3 meals and 3 snacks for each day along with a portion size. A complete list will be printed out for you to take to the grocery to make grocery shopping a breeze. It is a guide for a healthy lifestyle. Dietmaster has a 5 or 7 day meal plan option. Women Only Fitness
This room provides cardio equipment and weights to women during these hours:

Saturday ...........................8:00am - 11:00am
